How do I include a users IP address and Date & Time of submission, within the form report?

How do I include a users IP address and Date & Time of submission, within the form report. (not just in the back end)

You can make the IP address, Submission date and time to appear in the report by enabling them in the Report options.

If you have an existing report, you just need to select the form and then click the Report button. After that, click the Pencil icon beside it.

The Edit Report will pop up. Please enable the "Submission Date", "Submission Time", and the "IP address".

After that, click the "Continue" button and then finish the wizard.
