My Forms page: Ability to save our form sorting preference

Asked by RehmannLLC on June 30, 2016 at 07:01 AM

It would be nice to be able to save the form sort order in your settings so it defaults to your preference. Some people may prefer an alphabetized list of forms for example.

I believe you are referring to the Sort feature on the My Forms page:

It is currently saving your selected sorting method into your browser's cookies. This means that once you set your form sorting, it should remain the same every time you open your My Forms page in that same browser.

From what I understand, you would like this setting to persist for you across different browsers, without having to set the sorting preference in each browser, or so that it can even persist clearing of your browser cookies.

I have forwarded this as a feature enhancement request to our developers. We can't give you any estimates about whether this will be implemented, or how soon, but once such a feature becomes available we will make sure to let you know through this support thread.

In the meantime, please simply select your preferred sorting option in each browser you are using for building your forms. So long as the cookies of that browser are not deleted, it should automatically use the sorting method you have selected.
