Diksha, could you please let us know the link to your JotForm form where you are experiencing such issues, so we can take a closer look into what may be going wrong?
Please do note that when testing our Authorize.net payment field in Sandbox Mode, you must use your Authorize.net Sandbox account, which you can create from:
https://developer.authorize.net/sandbox/
