I put in application through jotform for a show and just found out today that they never received it. On my computer it said it went through

Do you mean you have submitted a form but the data was not submitted properly? If so, can you provide to us the link to the form you have filled up so we can further investigate the issue? I checked the email you use on this form (email@example.com) and it is not associated to any JotForm Account.
If you are referring to a different concern, please provide us more details regarding it so we can further check the issue.
