Submission have come through on email but are not on the form

    I can see 2 new submissions as I was sent email notifications of them from jotform from my clients on this form


    However when I go into the back end the submissions are not there? Please can you tell me why this is and how to rectify this? I have numerous other clients that will be adding submissions!

    I understand that you have received 2 email notifications with the submissions to your JotForm, but they are not existing in the form submissions. As I check the form, I see that there are 28 submissions at the moment. Could you confirm if you have received the email notifications for the same form and the submissions in the form are not deleted by anyone else? Please provide us with the screenshot of the emails received displaying the submission data so that we'll investigate the issue further.
