I need some help to resolve my Incomplete error for submission. for my "sales tracker"

Are you not able to submit your form?
I have tested form you provided https://form.jotform.com/Twells/SalesTracker and when I submitted your form I got redirected to Thank You page.
Were you able to resolve your issue? If the issue still persist please try to submit your form in some other browser. In case that you form is embedded, please provide us URL of your webpage.
