The heading on my responses says

    I changed this in the editor to "Registration Form - 13U West Cobb Redbirds Tryout" - but it doesn't have this as the title in the email I receive.

    I have triple-checked the form, and do not see anywhere that says "Professional Development Workshop Registration Form" - so how can I fix this?

    As you can see, it looks fine here on the form itself.  But, on my email notification, it shows something different. See attached screenshot.

    You can edit the email header text and Subject line of the Notifier like this
