Can't sign in to my account to make a change to a form after I made a chane to it earlier today.Page URL:

I checked your account/username rosemaraney but I did not find issue with the account login. The account is active and available.
Were you not able to login to the account at https://www.jotform.com/login ? Was there any error message you see when trying to login? Let us know.
If you forgot your login password, you can reset it using the 'Forgot Password' link in the login page. The reset instruction will be sent to your email so you can reset the password.
