Your Pay Pal Pro Form. Not Working.

    I contacted you previously with regard to your Pay Pal pro form. You said it was tested on my site and it worked fine. A client tried to pay using the onsite form today. The message he got after submitting his information was

     

    "Invalid Configuration"

    Please help me sort this out. I am losing $ using your form.

    Hello calgarypremier,

    Were you able to identify the error code details that went with the Invalid Configuration error?  The string of text below it (after clicking More details) should provide some information. In reference, you can also look into Paypal's online error codes guide to know more about the kind of error that you received: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/api/errorcodes/

    If you can also provide a screenshot or the details of the invalid configuration error, it would be great.

    In addition: Please check your billing agreement if it has been disabled or is inactive. If so, you should enable your PayPal Payment Pro in your account.
