If I have only one webpage, how can the form be viewed? See www.westlondonbusinessjournal.co.uk for example of what I mean.

    Thank you

You can use the embed code of the form to add it to your website, it is not necessary for you to download and host the source code. You can also create a link from your website to open up your form created with JotForm, this can be done by using the href tag.

    <a target="_blank" href="http://www.jotform.com/form/11111111111111" > Contact Us </a>

When a user clicks on the Contact Us link this would open up a new window that would load the form.

There are several ways on how you can embed the form, please visit the following article from our user guide for the options which you may find suitable:

Hope this helps, let us know if you need anything.

    Thanks!

I will be building my own website with WIX.  Do you offer a code or form for my customers to upload their own designed ad for me to publish in my newspaper?  If so what form would I use to be compatiable with WIX?

    Thanks

You can use Form Tools > File Upload for them to upload their design ad and use 'iFrame' to embed the form. Please refer here on how to Add form to a Wix Site, https://www.jotform.com/help/70-Adding-a-form-to-Wix-Site
