    Questions for merge accounts

    Hi,

    Good morning.

    I have a couple of questions because we need to merge multiple accounts.

    We are a marketing agency and the way we manage our forms was creating a single account for each client.

    Now we need to unify all accounts under a single one, not only to reduce costs but also to manage accounts more efficiently.

    The fist question is:

    Can I transfer the plan to another account? because we want the main account to be "digitalactive" and that one is SILVER and i have another account with GOLD plan (this one).

    The second question is:

    I have a long list of accounts, ¿do i need to login on each account and send a message  in a single one? or can we mange all from here?

    You cannot merge accounts, each account are treated as individual accounts. If they are sub account users, they can move the ownership of the forms to your main account. You can check this guide for more details: https://www.jotform.com/help/342-How-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account. It's option #3 on that guide.

    Now with that said, we cannot merge or transfer subscription plans, you can just simply log in to the accounts and cancel the subscription or downgrade to "Free" plan, here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/341-How-to-Downgrade-Subscription-Back-to-Free-Account

    We usually recommend users to log in to the account where the forms are located if they are requesting to move their forms, this is to avoid any security or privacy breaches. 

    In your case, you can choose any of the options below:

    Option #1: I believe it would be best that you log in to each account, open a new thread and request the forms to be moved on your main account. I see that some of them have subscriptions, you can then proceed on the cancellation of the account there as well.

    Option #2: OR, we can just set this thread to public temporarily, then you can login to each of the account and just reply here to confirm that you would like to transfer their forms. Here's the direct link of this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/873972 

     

    I know this is quite a hassle, but we would like to avoid unnecessary breaches on privacy or security on any accounts.
