Using page break for password protecting a form - multiple users

    Hi there,

In this post you indicated that using OR on conditions would allow you to add multiple 'users' and 'passwords' on a form.

I've gone to: Setup and Share > Conditions > Skip to Page

I've then added a condition that a person should enter a username and password. It skips to a page (2) with the same login fields but a (free text field) message saying that they entered their details incorrectly. That works fine. Where do I find the OR condition to add more users?

    Cheers :)

I see that you have already found a great solution for this. You should probably only have a password field and ask for passwords.

An "or" field is needed to do this. Getting this to work with one user is easy. Not possible with more than one. Here's another thread that has another approach, same dead end:

    Any help?

Workaround is to create a form with many pages... say 10. The first page has the drop down menu of names, and the next 8 have a password field. Depending on the dropdown choice, it leads them to 1 of the 8 password pages. To exit that password page to go to the final page, they must enter the correct password associated with the username chosen.

Only problem with this solution is creating more users would need you to reconfigure all the conditional pages... unless you set the final page as page 2. Then you can just add the rest after and always refer to page two as your final page.

    Does that work?!

You could use to send your people to separate forms... It's free
