Basic account --What happens to the information after 10 SSL Secure Submissions?

Asked by Tina on March 26, 2012 at 11:58 AM

    Background:

Hi my name is Tina and I manage a small non-profit scholarship foundation. Right now I use a fillable pdf and the students submit through email, because I am using WIX. I used to have simatfic forms however at the time I had a dedicated IP....so basically since we are a small operation and alll the money goes towards students...Therefore we are trying to create a SECURE scholarship application form. If I use the basic account who else would have access the information on the form beside me?

Also if I use your form builder does it work with html 5? FYI --- I using Flash, but plan on converting to HTML5

One more question---does your form builder have formulas/automatic calculations?

    Thank you.

I look forward to hearing from you.

p.s.---I attached my website below to give you a visional of what type of scholarship application form I currently have.

    Tina,

In the future, please refrain from posting multiple unrelated questions in a single thread.

If I use the basic account who else would have access the information on the form beside me?

Only the account owner can have access to form data, unless he/she decides to share account details, or shares the submission data using public reports.

Also if I use your form builder does it work with html 5? FYI --- I using Flash, but plan on converting to HTML5

Yes, forms created with JotForm should work with HTML 5 without any problems.

One more question---does your form builder have formulas/automatic calculations?

No, we currently do not have this feature.

Basic account --What happens to the information after 10 SSL Secure Submissions?

After 10 SSL submisisons, your forms will be disabled at the end of the day (at exactly 12mn New York time). This means your users can no longer submit the form.

If you have a follow up question, it would be helpful to open a new dedicated thread for it. Thank you very much!
