I get the error "Form not found"

I get the error "Form not found" on all my forms right now?

I have checked your account and it is currently suspended, it is because of this form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/61826031371348 

When an account is suspended it is because forms in the account has been flagged as phishing, this is because they are asking for info that is not allowed at JotForm and they go against our terms.

However, this does not seem to be the case in your form and I have un-suspended your account now and your forms should start to work again as normal.

I would also however to always have in mind our terms so you avoid your forms to be suspended due to a violation of it.
