If you are referring to the Paypal Pro error in your account, please check your billing agreement in your Paypal account if it has been disabled or is inactive. You should enable your PayPal Payment Pro in your account.
If you have not yet enabled your account, login to your Paypal Pro account, click Profile and search for the option Upgrade to Pro in the dialogue box.
