Previous information are not cleared after submitting the form on Android 5.1.

My forms work properly on other systems but when run on my Android 5.1 Tablet, after completing the form and pressing the home key, the next time the form is started, it still has the previous information and uses that if new data isn't entered.

Is there a way to force all fields to be cleared whenever the form is started or whenever a form is completed?

I tested the form an a Nexus tablet emulator using Android 5.1, but I was unable to replicate the issue there. The fields were not filled the next time I returned to the form.

I would like to inform you that by default all the fields are supposed to be cleared after a form is submitted, so there is no option to disable or enable it. You may try clearing the form cache to refresh the form: How to Clear Your Form Cache?

You can also add a "Clear Form" button so that your user will be able to clear all the previous data before they enter new ones.
