Auto-Fill: How to clear fields based on time taken to fill the form?Asked by cateringonline on July 04, 2016 at 02:53 AM
I have a duration field which displays the time range. I would like the end time to be automatically populated with start-time + 4 hrs. How do I do that?
Although there are some widgets that will help you to count the time taken to fill the form, I think that would not be possible to clear fields based on this.
The auto-fill feature will save the data until the form is submitted, I think this can be achieved by using some workaround, but you can only hide fields instead of clearing the already saved data.
Here is a guide that will help you to hide fields based on other fields selection: Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic
You can also set the time to live to your form with the auto-fill feature, this option is no longer available in the new UI, but you can get it by adding &old at the end of the link, for example:
Then follow the steps on this image to enable the option:
Hope this helps.
