If I create a survey in JotForm, will I be able to automatically send a customized email back to the person with his/her results?

i.e. I have a survey to establish which product will best suit the customer filling in the survey and then automatically after he filled in the survey an customized email needs to be send to the person with a suggestion on depending his answers the best product will be. Is this possible?

Yes, it is possible to send an email to the user who completed the form. You just need to set up an autoresponder email. Here's a guide: Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

You can set a condition wherein the email content will be changed depending on the selected value. However, you need to create multiple autoresponders for this. Here's a helpful guide: How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-Selection
