How to send a report of submissions to the person who submitted the form?

Hi. I have a weight loss website with several jot forms on it. I need a way for people to enter their weight information into a form each week and see their results on a spread sheet or a grid listing. The only problem with this is, I need each person to only see THEIR results and not everyone's. Is this possible?

I think this will not be possible, reports show all the data received in a form and there is not a way to filter the result per submitter, at least for now. 

I would suggest you to send them an auto-responder so they can get the results of the submitted form via email, here is a guide that will help you to add an auto-responder to your form: Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
