Second problem: when I preview the form I get an error message "Incomplete data" . I cleared everything but I still get the message. See picture.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble submitting your form. I cloned your form but wasn't able to replicate the issue. I was able to get to the Thank You page as soon as I hit submit. Check out my screencast below to see my results:
Perhaps it's just a temporary issue that resolved it. Can you pease try again? I've also cleared your form cache from our end as a precaution.

That did not work but I found the culprit.
It was my LastPass password manager.
Some fields were filled out in the background.
