Using Jot form currently and sends email which is then info is manually kept track of would like to create user logins with an email (username) and password stored on jotform? is the possible? Then when you user logs in with that email (username) display the who has made donations to that person only "referred by" (see donation form).  So essentially the referred by will be an email and be the relation between each donation and the person logging in.

Would this be possible using your services or am i going to have to write my own PHP script and then save to our own database?  If that is the case is it possible to pull stuff from your form into our own database?

    Please let me know

    Thanks

    Rory,

Sorry but that is far more complicated than what Jotform can handle. Our form builder does not have a user log in or membership feature and does not allow for saved data to be accessed and manipulated.

Would this be possible using your services or am i going to have to write my own PHP script and then save to our own database?  If that is the case is it possible to pull stuff from your form into our own database?

I am not exactly sure what you mean by pulling stuff from a Jotform into your database. Would you care to elaborate on this one?

well i read this forum post and thought it might be possible... with agrid listing report i do not need it to be editable just for that person to see info realated to them.

So is there a way for me to intercept the text from your form or get all of the code for the form so that i can change it to send to my own database or do i have to write my own form?

How long will submissions last in Jotform Database?

We don't delete records.  It stays there until you delete them yourself.

    Reports

There are seven (7) different types of reports that can be created in Jotform

    1. Excel report
    2. CSV report
    3. Grid listing report (web browser based excel-like function that cannot be edited)
    4. HTML table listing report (with sorting functions)
    5. Calendar Listing report (this only shows up when a form has a calendar field)
    6. RSS listing report
    7. Visual Builder report (If you wish your report to have graphs, you can have your statistical reports here)
