Sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your account. You can cancel at any time. To downgrade your account you can enter the ACCOUNT page and go into the billing section. You can just press the FREE or STARTER plan. This will cancel you plan and it will be automatically downgraded once the payment period ends.
You are currently have a PREMIUM plan. Please keep in mind if you would like to upgrade your plan again, you would have to use one of our newer plans.
If you do not wish to downgrade and prefer to delete the account, please let us know and we will be glad to delete the account for you.
