Ralph BeteshAsked on July 5, 2016 at 4:41 PMMy company is looking into putting this form into our program and we rather
patients not have to enter in their name (also we have patients with the
same names). Is there a way we can have a link (that we will generate) that
can pre-populate a hidden field or have the data stored with a specific ID
that will be the same ID every time a specific link is used? -

If I understand you correctly it seems to me that you mean you want to have a link you generate pre-populated into a hidden field to refer to later multiple times for a patient?
We have a unique id widget that is capable of generating unique id's and you can hide fields and that in turn can be used to refer to later if needed.
Or were you meaning you wanted to use generated id's from your end?

Ralph BeteshReplied on July 6, 2016 at 10:45 AMI found a similar help topic that helped. I'll be using ??id=xyz at the end
of the link and I'll have the links generated from my end.
Thank you for all your help!
