We set up an account at 'https://form.jotform.com/kathyhead815/registrationpayment'. We do not know where the payments are going. Ideally they would be going into my paypal account.

Payments do not seem to be processed and this is because you have missing info in your payment integration:
You need a PayPal Pro account to get the info, here is a guide that will help you to get the API info from your account if you already have a Pro account with PayPal: How-to-Obtain-PayPal-API-Credentials
