    I have checked your account and the forms within it. I found out that the form you have deleted and is stored in your account's MyForms page Trash Folder has a "Password" field and is tagged by our anti-phishing system that monitors every form on every account 24/7. If a form is suspected of any phishing activity, the account where it resides becomes suspended automatically. "Password" fields are not allowed to be used in any forms here in Jotform. You may refer to our Terms of Use for more information.

    To reactivate your account, I have to remove the said "Password" field from the form in your Trash Folder. You will now be able to view your forms like before.
