    My form is not currently available for the past half day. Please kindly fix

    Sorry for the troubles, but just to confirm, are you still having this same issue up until now? Because I checked your form https://form.jotform.me/61792081303451 and confirmed it is working fine.

    It may have been a temporary problem but we'd appreciate it if you could keep us posted if you're still having this issue so we can have another look.
