Notifications not containing some fields of my form

    I ask for 

    Name

    email

    Suburb and postcode.

     

    I receive responses

    Name

    email

     

    Suburb and postcode are left blank

    I have tested your JotForm and see that the notification is displaying the Suburb and Postcode fields normally. Were you able to fix the issue on the notification email?
