Condition not working

    Hello,

     

    In my form, when I select the date 07/04/2016, the material attached to that date is not appearing. All other conditions on the form appear to be working.

    I have inspected your form and I saw that field "Week_19_NYCO_Hand_Tool_Safety_Page_1" should be shown if date 07/04/2016 is selected. However I also saw that your field "Week_19_NYCO_Hand_Tool_Safety_Page_1" has some other conditions. Some of them are for fields that are deleted form your form. I would suggest you to delete conditions that are set for fields that you have removed. You also have conditions that will hide mentioned field if some other option is not selected.

    On my cloned form when I disabled all other conditions except this two conditions mentioned field is shown when date 07/04/2016 is selected.

    Please check conditions on your form and make sure that there are no collision between conditions.
