I need Zoho CRM integration to apply ownership of each form for our store leads.

I have been on the phone with zoho, and they said it is an issue to be resolved by my api integration developer(Jot form). I need my forms to have some sort of tag of ownership when transferring to Zoho so I can have the leads automatically assigned to the salesman that provided the form in order to maintain accountability and lead tracking, within my Zoho admin account. 

I have 3 users that have integrated forms through your integration system. 

Could you please provide some clarification regarding "each form" - are you referring to each submission/response you receive through a form as "each form", or are you instead saying you have three different forms that are integrated to the same Zoho CRM account?

I see only one form in your JotForm account, so I'll assume it is the former - all three salesman are filling out the same JotForm form with lead information:

If that is the case, you will simply need to add one more field to your form - one where you will capture the name of your salesman:

Then, you can simply match this new form field with a field in your Zoho where you want to know who added them:

Upon adding your contacts / leads to Zoho, you should be able to see which salesman was the one who provided that form.
