I have lots of same jotform template published in different sites. when i have to make a change in the template, i've to change one by one all of the same looking jotforms. The reason for making lots of smilar looking jotforms for every diffrent site is the need to learn which form is filled up from which site.

Is there any easy way to use one master jotform in every site but learning which form is submitted from which seperate site.

Or is there any easy copy paste method which makes changing the smilar looking jotforms easier. I can dublicate a jotform, but this time jotform number changes.

    thanks in advance.

You can actually just make use of a single form and use the "Embed” option to have it on your sites. In that way, there's no need for you to update the code every time you change something.

    Hope that helps.
