I followed the above steps to integrate Box, however I cant find the folder JotForm created for me in my Box account?

When you integrate your form with Box, new submissions will be forwarded when they are received. Previous submissions will not be included. If the integration was successful, the folder should be created as soon as a submission is received. Check your forms integration to ensure the Box integration is active. If you would like for us to have a look, let us know which form you are working with and we will be happy to do so.
