hi , i tried to view submission or creat csv file it does not help. It throws up alert that says -switch account-but does not allow me to do it. is it possible to get me the account that shared it? I am trying all my other accounts it does not allow me-

If you are still having trouble creating the report after access has been shared once again, let us know via that thread and we will be happy to have another look.
