Hi, in the past we've had many compatibility issues with fillable PDF documents, especially when end-users would fill them out on Mac's with Preview, like this discusses : http://www.macworld.com/article/2027181/solving-the-mystery-of-the-empty-pdf-form.html
Would JotForm created fillable PDFs have less issues than the ones we've done in the past ?
thanks, Bruce

Are you manually collecting the data from the fillable PDF? When manual, that means the option to include a submit button in the PDF is not checked, like this:
We recommend checking this option and advising your users to submit their entry using the submit button instead of just saving it and sending back the PDF to your email. But let us know if the PDF is not submitting the entry even if the submit button is there so we can investigate further.

Oh I didn't realize that feature exists, that's really neat. We haven't started testing yet so we will reach out if we have any issues. thanks !
