I have tried to test my forms to check that they work, when I hit the submit button I get a screen that has simply has "internet explorer cannot display webpage" diagnose connection problem

I just tested your form here and it's working fine, I was able to submit the form. If the problem still persist on your end, can you please try using this?

Not to worry, it is a problem on our end and the proxy settings.
