On mobile devices using internet explorer and google chrome the Ticket Type box is not appearing or freezing the form and keeping it from being edited or submitted.Page URL:

I can see what you mean:
After further testing, I can tell that the Dynamic Dropdowns widget is not mobile responsive:
I tested it in Iphone 5, 6, and 6Plus through Chrome and Safari, but none of those worked.
I will forward this to our widgets team, you will be updated via this thread, when this gets fixed.

Its fixed - you should now be able to access the dropdowns on mobile devices:
