I am a sub-user of an account and it says I am on a free account, but we pay why is this happening?

It seems that you are already registered before you are invited as a sub-user account. This made your profile appear as FREE instead of Sub-User. Sub-users who are registered through invitation link can't create their own forms. You were able to create your own forms.
You'll see Free in your account, but the main one will appear as it is. If you will create a new form for the main account, make sure to create it under the Shared with you > username folder:
