I contacted my internet service provider, they said they had gotten no requests from jotform and asked me to see if there was bounceback happening on your end.
I literally cannot even receive a reset for my password from you so I had to make this public since I don't think I can get any email from jotform right now.

Your primary email address has been added to our bounce list and this is the caused of the problem.
vero***a@coo*****s.com is IN Remove the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 554 Denied [df736775.0.2082050.00-2304.3781973.p01c11m093.mxlogic.net] (Mode: normal)
I've fixed this to our end, but to prevent this from happening again in the future, please check the following guide and do our recommendations such as whitelisting our list of IP Addresses and sending domains:
