    Form Templates: Next pages of form templates does not load on Chrome browser.

    It says there are 500+ forms under business but I can only see maybe 40. How do I see the rest?

    You only have 3 forms in your account and checking the account history I can see you've created only these 3 forms: 

    Maybe you were a sub-user account and you were removed, this may be a reason why you cannot find those forms. 

    Could you please confirm us that?

    Also, provide us the correct username for the account where you're looking for the forms, I'm currently checking this account dgockel.

    Please check and let us know, we will be glad to help you to find your forms.

    I have checked this under your account and under the business section as well, can see it shows all the templates: 

    Please do note that you need to scroll in order to get the rest of forms, otherwise you will only see the first results.

    Well, to start with, my screen does not show
    the "Cancel & Continue" buttons! Second, when I scroll down, like you
    suggest, I only get 10 rows of 4 possible templates in the "Business" catagory
    even though mine says there are 535 results in all languages. How do I see the
    other 495 templates? Please don't send me another canned reply, if you can't
    write something that answers my question, don't reply at all.

    The "Cancel" and "Continue" buttons shown on my colleague's screenshot is only seen when you access the Templates page through MyForms' Create Form>Use Templates.

    With regards to the number of templates showing under Business category:

    On the templates page, you need to scroll to the very bottom of the page and wait for it to load the next page of templates. At the lower right corner of the page, you should see "Working..." when it's trying to load the next page.

    Here's a screenshot of the last page:

    If you're not getting the same result, I suggest you give us the following details so we can further test the page on our end:

    1. The browser you've used and what version.

    2. The device you used when you access the Templates page(computer, mobile phone, tablet etc...).

    We cannot reproduce the issue using Google Chrome 51 on Windows 10 computer. The form templates are supposed to be loaded dynamically once you scroll down the page.

    I would like to suggest checking this with other browser and/or computer.

    I have confirmed the issue on two different
    browsers. The page does not show the "continue" button that was seen on the
    video in the email you sent this AM. Only after scrolling down one page do I see
    the "working" symbol, I do not see this after the second page loads
    (40 templates out of 8888 results.)

    Let me restate what I am talking about. My issue only happens when
    I select "TEMPLATES" from the top of the starting page, notafter
    selecting "Creat Form" as you are showing in the video. I would like to look at
    the templates before using them.

    I checked the Templates page on Windows 10 using Google Chrome version 51.0.2704.106, and I was able to replicate your issue.

    However, the templates page is working properly when I checked it on Edge and Firefox. I will have to send this to our backend team for further investigation. We will let you know on this thread once we have an update. Regards.
