Why PDF is not attached when testing email using the "Test Email" button?

I have my email notifications set up to send a PDF along with the submission, however, when I send a test email to myself, I do not get a PDF.

When you test your email notification it will not have attached the PDF file, you will need to test your email with a real submission. 

Please try submitting your form and you should receive the PDF attached; however, if you don't, please let us know, we will be glad to further assist you.
