How can i send response to those who fil my web form

Hi idarktech,
That guide is neat, but inside of our account there is no autoresponder choice when we click on Email Alerts.
Where did that option go?, or what must I do to get it working?
Please advise,
I am in emergency to get our form up, and I am spinning my wheels. Ugh.
