The Paypal Pro allows users to pay with credit card within the form without being redirected to Paypal's website while Paypal Standard will redirect users to Paypal gateway where they need to confirm the payment.

Below is an article from Paypal outlining the difference between the two:
What is the difference between Website Payments Standard and Website Payments Pro?

    Hope this information helps.

To my knowledge if you have Paypal Optional enabled in your Website Standards account settings   users who are redirected to Paypal upon checkout will be given the option to pay with credit card without having to necessarily open a Paypal Account.

Note: Only Premiere or Business accounts have PayPal Account Optional in their account profiles.

To enable this in your Paypal account
    1. Log in to your PayPal account at https://www.paypal.com. The My Account Overview page appears.
    2. Click the Profile subtab.
    3. Click the Website Payment Preferences link in the Selling Preferences column.
    4. Scroll down to the PayPal Account Optional section of the page.
    5. Select the On radio button to turn PayPal Account optional On.
    6. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the Save button.

    Hope this information helps.

    Dear Ben
Do not add paypal to your order pages of jotform as paypal will stop your account again.
All you need is a simple SSL verified order page where you can receive an order from your client to your email.
Once you have received an order from your order page you will simply  need to email us a copy of the order with the client info and credit card so we can charge your client's credit card for you and send the balance to your paypal.

We will ship the order to your client provide you client all services from our end...
