Paid subscription not processed yet

    We have ordered a 2 year subscription to Jotform. However we are still limited to 500 total submission storage when I log on. 

    When will this amount be changed to unlimited?

    My login is Pgooyert.


    In the attachment I have attached the payment proof.

    Our apologies. There's a small glitch in the upgrade link on the date that you process the payment. We've since fixed it. I've manually upgraded your account to the Storage Plan. Please check again.
