    Hi there,

Unique ID is just a hidden field and it changes value with every submission. For example:

Your Unique ID value is Test0, Test is a Prefix and 0 is the number where the counter starts. When someone submits your form for the first time, the Unique ID value becomes Test1. So basically, unique ID serves as a counter and it changes it value with every submissions. (ie. Test2, Test3, Test4)

You should see this value on your form submissions or on the email messages that you'd received when someone submits your form.

I hope I have explained it well. Let us know if you have further questions. Thanks.
