I use the thank you page and notification emails to compile code onto a template for pages I'm making. I used to have the option to do a plain text verion of the email that would not try to render the code but I'm having trouble finding where that setting is now. Can you please help me make my emails come through as plain text instead of rendered HTML?

Sorry for the confusion, yes we did have that option before with the old UI. With the new Email Wizard though, the option was removed BUT you can still use Plain Text emails. Here's our guide on How-to-Have-Text-Only-Message-Format-in-Email
As an added tip, you may still use the old Email Wizard UI and access that previous option to use plain text format by appending &old to the URL. Here's a short clip showing how:
