    Please follow the steps below to change the text of JotForm tab on your facebook page.

    1. Login to your Facebook account and open the page

    2. Click on Settings and then Apps.

    3. Now, click on Edit Settings link of the JotForm tab

    4. A popup will be displayed to enter the custom name for the tab.

    5. Enter the name that you want to display and click on Save.
