I am having problems with JotForms. Specifically, the background on my form is not showing up anymore.
I don't have a clue why.
Please let me know if there is chat session capability and how to get to it.

Unfortunately, we are not offering telephone support at the moment. This support forum is our primary support. Please be noted that your questions through this support forum will be answered in a timely manner. We do have chat support, but it is enabled only when we have manageable traffic to the support forum.
I believe that you are referring to your JotForm titled "Welcome to the Chicago Blitz Registration Site". I have cloned your JotForm to my account and see that there is no background image set on the form. If you want to set any background image to the form, you may set it from the Form Designer. Please see the video tutorial below that can help you with having background images on the form.
