Email Stating Account Disabled?

    Hello,

On June 27, I received an email from Jot Form stating that my account forms had been disabled.  I am currently on the free plan.  The email stated that the forms were disabled because the form submission limit had been reached.

The free plan provided 100 submissions/month.  When I checked my submission here, there weren't even close to 100 submissions for the month or any month prior.

Why did I receive this email and why were my forms disabled?  And are they still disabled?

Thanks for your help and all you do to help us with this wonderful product.

    Best,

    Futurewebdev.

I checked your account/username futurewebdev  usage status and I found it is currenlty in good standing at this time. The account is Active and forms are available.

Please take note that monthly submissions and form view counter reset to zero(0) every 1st day of each month. So your current account status had been reset for the month already.

The resent reset was the reason you are seeing a lesser count on the submission counter.

Hope this help. Let us know if there are still issue.
