How to remove pre-filled value?

3. On the form, under "Relationship to Patient" the field is pre-filled out and we can't get it to go away.. How do we fix this?

1) Go to the edit mode of your form.

2) Select your field and click on it's gear icon.

3) Click on Calculate Field.

4) Remove the values:
