    Not able to open or view forms when using an EGYPT IP address

      My form stopped working with shopify store and when i try to access the jotform site to login the page crush. i tried to use an IP address for US the form worked perfect and the jotform site too. I'm from Egypt and i don't know what is wrong? please help

    I checked your website and the form is still active. Here's a screenshot of it:


    Here's the direct link of that form: https://form.myjotform.com/60074698697574. You can see that it is still active. 

    The form is associated with the account username sina2015 with email address sina*****y@gmail.com. If you can't log in to your JotForm account, you can do a password reset.

    In the login page, just click the "Forgot Password":

    Then enter the email address associated with your JotForm account. You will then receive an email with the instructions on how to do a password reset:

    Hi Charlie,


     As i said its working perfectly out side Egypt  any location but not Egypt, I tried with USA IP address and it worked. I tried with other IP addresses from Arabian region and it worked too. but not in Egypt . and i know my password and i logged with other IP address :). this is how the site look like in Egypt.

    It looks like the CDNs are not being loaded in your region. It might be specific to your ISP or the CDN. Usually CDN issues are temporary and should be fixed automatically.

    For the meantime, please try logging in to www.jotform.com/?noCDN=true and see if you are able to login. Please also try flushing your DNS: https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html.

    If flushing your DNS does not work, please provide us a screenshot while the browser console is opened, that will provide us more information what errors are loaded in the back-end. Here's how to open your browser console:

    Hi Charlie,


      i logged with  www.jotform.com/?noCDN=true and i got this:


    and I used  https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html. for flushing Dns and i tried to log to jotform again and i got this :


    the form in my website don't work for anyone in Egypt wither its mobile or desktop or anything . but jotform website working through mobile .

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I have tested the site and it was working properly. I did review your screen shot and did see you are having problems when you are trying to access the site with Egypt servers. I have tried to replicate it but was not able to locate an Egypt server or VPN to see the actual issue.

    I will forward this to our team so they can review and see how they can help.

    I have already create the ticket and our team are looking at it. We can't give you an ETA as they currently have many other issues. As soon as we have any update, we will let you know.

    You can try to reach to JotForm with "http://www.jotform.com/?noCDN=true"

    We have alerted our CDN provider, they will fix it ASAP,
