How can I change the form title shown in the browser tab after cloning?

Every time I clone a form I cannot change the tab headline that is listed. Every form says Baby Dedication even though I change the form name. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. Example:

The reason that stays the same is because the cloning only copies your form exactly as it is and you have to go into the form's settings and change it to correct it to how you want it to appear.
